Rosé d’Archipel is crafted in the style of the great Rosés of Bordeaux, from hand-picked and hand- sorted Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc fruit.

The winemaking team employs the traditional saignée method, “bleeding off” a portion of the free run juice after only a short period of contact with the grape skins - and separating it from the remaining fruit during the early stages of Archipel’s blended red wine maturation.

Drink this fruity and supple wine young and chilled - like they do in France, as a cheerful, low -alcohol warm weather wine. As you swirl it around in your glass, you’ll get raspberry, strawberry and cherry aromas from the Merlot, a hint of earthiness from the Cabernet Sauvignon and floral notes from the Cabernet Franc.

Enjoy Rosé d’Archipel with appetizers like olives, aioli, tomatoes with breadcrumbs and garlic - or alongside a ratatouille, grilled vegetables, Salade Niçoise or Bouillabaisse.
